The Advisory Committee Symposium will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, at the Laval Sheraton.

How much does registration cost?

Registration is completely free and includes a meal at lunch. You will be offered a choice of meal upon registration.

What is the reimbursement policy for travel and accommodation expenses?

Only those who meet all of the criteria outlined below are eligible for reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses incurred to participate in the event:

Voting member of an Advisory Committee recognized by the CPMT AND;
Voting member residing outside of Montreal and Laval AND;
Reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses for one representative per member.

I live in Montreal or Laval, am I entitled to reimbursement?

The organizing committee can reimburse only committee members living outside of Greater Montreal for their travel and accommodation expenses.
